U.S. Home Broadband Gains Greatest in Suburbs

The adoption of home broadband varies by demographics, including community type: urban, suburban and rural.

As of Feb. 8, 2021, suburban residents in the United States showed the greatest adoption of broadband, 79%, followed by urban at 77% and then rural at 72%.

Arkansas ranks 41st in broadband access, according to the research group BroadbandNow.
