- A major challenge was to provide a reserve of PPE for community leaders and their employees
- Another challenge was to keep essential services going while keeping employees safe
- Local buisnesses and industries were receptive to guidelines
- The supply chain was impacted on certain items being available for community members
- Small businesses were largely impacted, especially smaller businesses that couldn't get assistance
